The swimming pool

There was no single bottle of water in the room when we checked in. On Booking.com was saying that the room had a twin bed and a sofa bed, but there was NO sofa bed at all !!! They never cleaned our room on the second day. They had a fridge, hob, and presses, but there is no pots, bo cutlery, no plates etc

OK, but not 5 star

Conveniently located to the airport. Modern spacious rooms. Friendly welcome at reception and very helpful in booking me a taxi.

Rooms are not located near the reception so you have a little shuttle bus to take you from reception to the room. Room was clean but I had a massive cockroach in my room. The bedroom area is cramped and the doors opening inwards make it difficult to move around. There is no instruction for how to use the safe, nor the TV.

Being a new resort we understand things are still being put into place.

Being a newer resort , we were not familiar that they had the facilities for restaurant or bar service.

Shuttle service drivers were quite often late in pick ups or had to ring reception to ask if the shuttle was coming.

This is THE WORST 5 STAR accommodation I've ever stayed, every step of the ordeal with this accomodation is a struggle, finding the location a struggle, checking in a struggle, surrounding area a stuggle, dealing with staff a struggle although they are trying their best, checking out a struggle, room subpar no where near an actual 5 star accommodation, if this is 5 stars, I think I can list my ahma kampung on booking.com

Very big pool, 7/11 near by ( approx 5 to 10 min walk)

The location is not good, you are far away from everything except the airport. Since all the attractions are at the other end you have to travel all the way , if you have rented a car or motorbike then it is fine. If not getting taxi especially late night is very difficult

No Wi-Fi, no bar or restaurant and no transportation

It’s very near the airport but you have to take a cab to go there. The premises are huge. But it’s not a hotel it’s a building complex. I think it was built for Chinese people because everywhere you have admin ties meant in Chinese. The pool and the pool complex are really nice. Sun chairs and nice sourandings. But it’s freezing cold in the pool. Like 22 degrees Celsius.

Well what can you say. It should have been a five-star hotel, That was what’s booking was telling us. I will comment the rooms later but first. Reception close at 17:00. After that you only have a security guard that only speaks Thai. So you can’t fix anything after 17:00. There is no restaurant, no bar, not a wending machine. You can’t get anything to drinks or it during your stay. You can’t make food either because lack of cutlery and other things. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, some rooms have a weak signal, but it’s a lottery. You have a tv in the room, but no English channels. One Arabic and one French and 2-3 Thais. They don’t have transportation service either, so with food and taxi you need to fix everything buy yourself. And now for the rooms. Nice size and planning but they clean the rooms badly. it’s horrible as you se in the pictures. But the worse is the mold, You have big leakages on the walls from AC and also the bathrooms have no ventilation so it’s smells unbelievable. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. But the staff working there where phenomenal, really nice!

Disappointing, looks are decieving at this hotel.

Staff were friendly

Although our room was more than big enough as it was a 2 bedroom apartment. We were put right at the back of the hotel and the full force of the Airport noise. To the side of the bedroom was the balcony which overlooked a rather ugly gravel coach park where around 5-10 coaches would be parked up and constantly had their engines on, we were woken up on each night between 2-4am to the sound of the coaches revving their engines whilst parked up and even the beeping the horn, keep in mind this was a deserted gravel car park within the hotel grounds. We had two bathrooms which sounds great, however the first walk in shower room completely flooded with water after taking a shower to the point it was ridiculous and not quite just a ‘wet room’ and more like a water park. The second bathroom leaked water from the ceiling everytime you had a shower in it also. There is no phone in your room to call reception either. We chose this hotel to give us comfort as we were volunteering for two days at a dog sanctuary and wanted relaxation after a long day getting dirty and walking over 20,000 steps. We lost sleep each night which was the main annoyance. We did tell the staff but all they could say was sorry and did not offer us a new room.
